Sprucing up the house

As I said we are working in the yard today. Working hard. If we were trying to sell our house in this market, you had better believe we would be doing every extra step to stage the house correctly. Pull up any weeds in the flower beds, plant flowers, mow and trim the grass, fix any poor looking paint, etc.

We might also consider buying new exterior shutters if ours required replacing. It’s a bit of a cost up front, but when you see brand new, shiny with new paint shutters on a house, you know they went the extra mile. And sense it is one of the first thing a buyer would see on your house, it makes a lot of economic sense to go the extra mile.
