Learn to Relax, Avoid Heart Problems

Being a consultant can be very, very stressful. If you don’t find a way to learn to relax… let off some steam… and get that stress out of your system… you can end up with all kinds of heart issues. There is a new website sponsored by St. Jude Medical that shows off a video library discussing heart issues. One of those issues is an enlarged heart.
