Background Checks

How many of your clients require background checks? Do they ask you to take one? Or if you are providing staffing or have other people working for you, do you run background checks on them?

I would say 95% of our clients require background checks. It can get pretty frustrating if you have a client chomping at the bit to hire a consultant — which is a good thing — but have to wait on your outsourced background check company to stop dragging their feet.
