Age Discrimination Discussion

Again I want to emphasize that I am not saying age discrimination — or any discrimination — is okay. One of the commenters made an excellent point about managers within organizations making off hand comments that are discriminatory in nature. In the end, the court system will decide the fate of these managers if it ever comes to the surface that they have been discriminating.
