Welcome to 7 Step Consulting. I am the Recruiting Mole and I author this blog. I write 7 Step Consulting for a few reasons. One, I want to share my insight on working as a consultant for a staffing firm. Two, I want to share the ins-and-outs of the recruiting industry. Three, I want to share some of my depressingly dumb stories from my own recruiting experience.
I’ve been working as a recruiter for about two years, and have been blogging on and off about various topics for several years. I do not claim to be the best or most experienced recruiter, but I know enough to be dangerous.
